RED DIESEL - HMRC SCHEME

As from 1^st April 2022, the HMRC have changed the regulations as to who can use Red Diesel, and for what purpose. The strict HMRC regulations allow the use for the following purposes:

Agriculture,

Horticulture,

Fish Farming,

Forestry,

Non-Commercial Power Generation,

Community Amateur Sports Clubs,

Golf Courses,

Marine (exc private pleasure craft),

Railway,

Travelling Circuses.
