Terms & Conditions
1. Irrespective of the date of order, all products supplied are chargeable at the prices ruling on the day of delivery.

2. The buyer will be responsible for providing safe and suitable bulk storage and for ensuring that it will take the full quantity ordered and will indemnify the seller against any damages, claims, expenses or costs which may arise as a result of the buyer not observing these conditions.

3. It is a condition of every sale ‘through hose’ that the quantity shown by the meter reading stamped on the delivery docket/Invoice by the seller shall, for the purposes of accounts, be accepted by the buyer as the quantity delivered.

4. If on any delivery the buyer or any representative of the buyer, whether or not for the purpose of verifying the sellers measurement of quantity for that delivery, mounts any tank wagon used on that delivery, the buyer or his/her representative (as the case may be) shall do so at his/her own risk and the seller accepts no responsibility whatsoever therefore.

5. The seller is prepared to receive a buyers order by telephone, or website, but will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any error or omission arsing therefrom.

6. Until the buyer has paid in full for the goods including all VAT, Delivery and Credit Charges, the goods remain the sole and absolute property of the seller as the legal and equitable owner.

7. The buyer shall be bound at the request of the seller to deliver up the goods to the seller and for such purposes the seller may at any time (and whether or not the buyer shall be in default in making payment under contract) in its absolute discretion recover from the buyer those goods being in the buyers possession and for the purpose of such recovery, the sellers servants and agents may enter upon the land or building upon or in which the goods are situated.

8. Unless the buyer has an approved credit account (which the seller may remove or rescind at any time) agreed in writing by the seller, all deliveries for the goods shall be paid in advance, either by Direct Debit, Website Payment Process, Telephone Advance Payment, or via Cash on Delivery. An approved credit account is an account approved by the seller up to a credit limit from time to time approved by the seller.

9. The preceding point described at section 8 applies equally to domestic and business customers.

10. The seller shall be entitled to impose a charge if the buyers Direct Debit/Cheque tendered in payment for the goods/services are dishonoured by the bank in the amount of £25 per transaction.

11. The seller shall not be liable for any non-delivery of goods howsoever caused.

12. Prices include any government tax (other than VAT) in force at the time of supply. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate and shown separately.

13. Acceptance of delivery will be treated as an acceptance of the foregoing conditions.

Domestic Oil Delivery

Our top of the range fleet of vehicles meet all regulations required to ensure safe transit of Fuel Related Products.

Our electronic in cab meters are calibrated and certified by weights & measures to ensure you get the correct amount of fuel on every delivery. Each delivery docket is individually stamped verifying the quantity delivered along with the start and finish times of the delivery. You will only be charged for the oil you receive, and a credit applied to your account. However, the price per litre may change according to the litre rate that your tank holds. i.e A smaller amount may be more expensive.
